The matte black clamp with a handle. Hold the clamp seated with one hand and tighten the knob with the other. The adapter plate drops into a 16 mm socket and a thumb screw locks it, so a magnetic camber caster gauge docks on a flat chrome plated face. Fits 11 to 25 inch rims.
