ASWL470 Tire Clamp — Precision Wheel Alignment for Camber and Caster with Magnetic Adapter

The AutoSolo ASWL470 Tire Clamp is a universal wheel alignment tool designed for accurate camber and caster measurement on passenger vehicles, trucks, and performance cars. The clamp attaches directly to the tire sidewall with adjustable legs that fit tires from 18.5″ to 43.3″ — no adapters required for most applications. A built-in bubble level vial allows for fast, repeatable zeroing before every measurement.

The ASWL470 includes a magnetic adapter plate, enabling compatibility with magnetic alignment gauges in addition to camera-tracking targets. This makes it the most versatile clamp in the AutoSolo lineup — one tool works across both gauge systems. For camber, seat the clamp, level it, and attach your gauge. For caster, use the two-position steering sweep method — rotate the wheel to each stop and capture the angle. The spring-loaded pins hold the ASWL470 indexed to the wheel throughout the sweep for consistent, repeatable readings.

The ASWL470 is available in a 1-clamp, 2-clamp, or 4-clamp pack — sized for solo operators, two-axle setups, or full shop deployments. For complete 4-wheel alignment capability covering camber, caster, and toe, pair the ASWL470 with the ASDCG203 digital gauge, ASWG004 ultra-low profile turn plates, and ASRP004 drive-on level ramps.
