Shipping policy

AutoSolo offers free standard economy shipping to the 48 continental states, with no minimum order value required. Preferential shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, other U.S. territories, and select International Countries will be calculated upon checkout.

Shipping Method

  • We offer free standard shipping to 48 continental states within the United States.
  • We offer expedited shipping options at an additional rate.
  • Orders are fulfilled by our warehouse in Santa Ana. In the case of an inventory shortage, orders will be fulfilled by Amazon, where orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Free Shipping Order Requirements

  • For orders to any continental state, there is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. All orders are eligible for free shipping.

PO Box Addresses

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address when placing your order.
  • Orders placed with a PO Box shipping address will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard shipping timeframes vary based on the destination and typically range from 2-5 business days for domestic orders.
  • International order timeframes vary based on the shipping option selected during checkout.

Package Tracking

  • When the order has been shipped, an email with a Tracking Link will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Duties and Taxes

  • Orders shipped from the United States to a country outside the EU may require import duty or tax. Deliveries within the European Union ship from our German warehouse and are never subject to customs charges or import duty, see the EU section below.
  • Where such duty or tax does apply, the buyer is responsible for it.

Deliveries within the European Union

Orders with a delivery address in the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, not from the United States.

  • No customs charges and no import duty. Your order stays inside the EU, so nothing is collected on delivery.
  • VAT is already included in every price shown to you. The rate is the one that applies in your own country, and your invoice shows it separately.
  • Germany: delivery is free, with no minimum order value.
  • Everywhere else in the EU: delivery is charged by weight and destination, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery times

Counted in business days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment, because they are picked and packed at our fulfilment warehouse in Germany. The delivery estimate you see at checkout already includes this.

  • Germany: 1 to 3 days
  • Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland: 2 to 4 days
  • Denmark, France, Italy, Slovenia: 3 to 5 days
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden: 4 to 7 days
  • Finland, Greece: 5 to 8 days
  • Cyprus, Malta: 6 to 10 days

Orders with more than one item may arrive separately

Items are picked and dispatched individually, so an order containing several products, or several of the same product, can leave the warehouse in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and you are not charged any extra for it. You receive a tracking link for each parcel as it ships, so a first tracking email does not mean the rest of your order is missing. If a parcel has not arrived within a few days of the estimate above, write to us and we will chase it.

Address and tracking

  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes or packstations. Please give a street address.
  • Tracking is emailed to the address used on the order, one link per parcel.
