Shipping policy
AutoSolo offers free standard economy shipping to the 48 continental states, with no minimum order value required. Preferential shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, other U.S. territories, and select International Countries will be calculated upon checkout.
Shipping Method
- We offer free standard shipping to 48 continental states within the United States.
- We offer expedited shipping options at an additional rate.
- Orders are fulfilled by our warehouse in Santa Ana. In the case of an inventory shortage, orders will be fulfilled by Amazon, where orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Free Shipping Order Requirements
- For orders to any continental state, there is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. All orders are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Timeframe
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard shipping timeframes vary based on the destination and typically range from 2-5 business days for domestic orders.
- International order timeframes vary based on the shipping option selected during checkout.
Package Tracking
- When the order has been shipped, an email with a Tracking Link will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Duties and Taxes
- International orders may require import duty or tax.
- The buyer is responsible for such import duty or tax.
