AutoSolo 30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're so confident in the quality of our products that we have a 30-day no questions asked return policy. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, simply email us your order number and return reason to ecommerce@autosolotools.com.

Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items due to personal dissatisfaction.
  • If the product is being returned for being defective AutoSolo will pay for the return shipping fees with no cost to the customer.

Damages and Issues

When you receive your order from AutoSolo, inspect it for any damages or missing items. If you find any item defective, damaged, missing parts, or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately at ecommerce@autosolotools.com. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exchanges

Under our guarantee, if you wish to exchange your product for another, simply let us know. Initiate a return for the item you currently have, and once we accept the return, we'll process the exchange for you, ensuring you receive the desired item promptly.

Refunds

Once we inspect your return, we'll update you on the status of your refund within 1 business day. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Sometimes, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it's been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at ecommerce@autosolotools.com
