4-Ton Capacity Per Plate
Each plate supports up to 4 tons of load, handling 8 tons combined when used as a pair. Die-cast metal construction handles passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs.

The rotating top plate sweeps a full ±60° left and right from centerline, giving you the range needed for caster sweeps without hitting stops or adapters.
Brass Dial, 1° Increments
An etched brass degree dial you can read from any angle. 1° graduations let you read and record angles during camber and caster adjustments.
1" Centerline Offset
The 13-3/8" rotating top plate includes a 1" slide tolerance from centerline. Accommodates lateral wheel travel during steering input so the tire can move naturally mid-sweep.
Smooth Rotational Bearings
Internal rotational bearings carry the plate weight smoothly under full load. Steering input moves through freely without binding, protecting your caster readings.
Locking Pin & Carry Handle

HOW TURN PLATES WORK
Wheel alignment turn plates are the rotating platforms that allow a vehicle's front wheels to pivot freely during the alignment process, eliminating the floor friction that causes false toe and caster readings. AutoSolo turn plates are available in two versions: the Standard Design at approximately 2 inches in height, and the Low Profile Design at approximately 1 inch in height for vehicles with limited ground clearance. Both designs measure 15.75 by 15.75 inches per plate. Each plate independently supports 2 tons, for a combined capacity of 4 tons when used as a pair. The brass finish dial reads steering angle up to 60 degrees left or right from centerline, providing a clear steering angle reference during toe and caster adjustment. The 13.375-inch rotating top plate includes a 1-inch slide tolerance to accommodate wheel track variation across different vehicles. Each pair ships with two thrust blocks and two transition bridge ramps included at no additional cost.

3 stars just because the turn plates are not very smooth, and the latches don’t stay in very well. But you get what you pay for, with that being said they are great for the cost

They work really well, I used them for my 3/4 ton pickup with a duramax diesel engine and they worked great even with all the extra weight. You will need to put a small ramp or couple pieces of thin wood to get up on them or they will slide, no biggie with me, I had some scrap plywood pieces that were perfect.

Most alignment shops are not taking classic cars anymore. The shop I use for our daily driver cars only does vehicles after 1992. If you have classic cars as we do the alignment turntables are a must. They take a several hour job and make it possible in well less than an hour. Awesome product.
If you've never used these type of plates for alignments than there is a slight learning curve until you get “the feel" for it. If your mechanically inclined then a few seconds is all that's needed. Handy tool.

Makes getting your front end aligned in your garage after front end repair easier. Sure you can use plastic bags or cardboard but this does work better if you plan on tinker for years.

Honestly, I should know better. these are plastic junk and will not hold up to repeated usage for a professional shop. They're cheap. For an amateur who want's to tinker with their own car at home or something where alignment isn't critical, they'll probably be fine.

The blocks are too soft of material. Will not support a vehicle and deform by hand twisting. Turn plates operated well. Have not found a repair kit to replace the balls yet, hope I never need one.
