AutoSolo Magnetic Camber, Caster & Kingpin Inclination Wheel Alignment Gauge
AutoSolo Magnetic Camber, Caster & Kingpin Inclination Wheel Alignment Gauge
Wheel alignment at home.
Mount the gauge, level it, and pull readings off the same face you set up on. The ASCCKG turns the home garage into the alignment bay, so the next time the steering pulls or the tires wear off, you're not booking a shop visit. Just the gauge, your wheel clamp, and the turn plates you already own.
Six engineered details. One reference plane.
Hover or tap each point to see how the gauge captures camber, caster, and kingpin from one mount.
Three Angles, One Reference Plane
Measures camber, caster, and kingpin inclination from the same mounted face plate. No swapping tools, no recalibrating between angles when you work the wheel through its sweep.
Three Angles, One Reference Plane
Measures camber, caster, and kingpin inclination from the same mounted face plate. No swapping tools, no recalibrating between angles when you work the wheel through its sweep.
Mount, sweep, read all three.
Five steps from setup to final reading. Same mount, same reference, every wheel.

Mount and Level the Gauge
Attach to the wheel clamp adapter or any flat surface parallel to the hub. Center Torpedo Level D.

Read Camber From the Top Vial
With the gauge level, read camber directly from Torpedo Level A. Vertical tilt from true vertical.

Turn Out 20°, Zero the Caster Vial
Steer the wheel 20° out on the turn plates. Re-level. Zero the caster knob to set baseline.

Sweep In 20°, Read Caster
Turn the wheel 40° back through center to 20° inward. Re-level. Read caster from Vial B.

Repeat the Sweep, Read KPI
Same 20° out, zero, 20° in, but read from the KPI vial. Use Left or Right indicator per side.

Three angles or digital camber.
Both gauges read on AutoSolo wheel clamps. Pick the workflow that fits your bay.

UNDERSTANDING THE THREE ANGLES
The AutoSolo Magnetic Camber, Caster, and Kingpin Inclination Gauge measures the three primary suspension geometry angles that define how a tire contacts the road and how the steering self-centers. It is the camber, caster, and kingpin measurement component of the AutoSolo alignment system. Camber is the inward or outward tilt of the wheel relative to vertical. Caster is the forward or rearward angle of the steering axis when viewed from the side. Kingpin inclination is the inward tilt of the steering knuckle, which works together with caster to determine steering return force. The gauge mounts via strong magnets directly to hubs or brake discs, and is also compatible with the AutoSolo Wheel Clamp's magnetic adapter plate for rim-mounted readings that avoid direct tire-contact error transfer. Camber is read directly from the fixed camber vial. Caster and kingpin inclination are measured using a sweep procedure: the wheel is turned lock to lock while the gauge records the angle change. It arrives in a rigid composite carry case for protection between jobs.
