Precision Wheel Alignment Turn Plates — Two Profiles, One Standard of Quality

AutoSolo wheel alignment turn tables are available in two purpose-built designs: the ASWG008 Standard Profile and the ASWG004 Ultra-Low Profile. Both variants are engineered from die-cast metal and ship as a complete kit — including two transition bridges and two thrust blocks — so you have everything needed for a professional-grade alignment right out of the box.

Each plate measures 15.75" × 15.75" and supports up to 4 tons of load capacity per plate, handling 8 tons combined when used as a pair. The brass degree dial reads up to ±60° left and right from centerline, and the 13‑3/8" rotating top plate includes a 1″ slide tolerance from centerline to accommodate wheel travel during steering input. Both models are compact, lightweight, and built to perform in home garages and professional alignment bays alike.

The ASWG008 Standard Profile stands approximately 1.9 inches tall, making it ideal for pit rack setups and shop lifts where additional clearance is available. The ASWG004 Ultra-Low Profile, at just 0.8 inches, is designed for direct drive-on use on flat floors — no ramps or raised platforms required. This makes it the preferred choice for sports cars, lowered vehicles, and custom builds where underbody clearance is limited.
