Read Steering Center From the Driver's Seat
The ASSTL1 clamps to the steering wheel with spring-loaded silicone pins and reads steering center from its integrated bubble vial. Turn the wheel until the bubble centers, then set toe from a known straight-ahead position.
Center the Wheel in One Step

Bubble Level Centering
Mount the ASSTL1 on the steering wheel and turn until the bubble centers. The integrated vial reads centerline directly from the wheel. No string setup, no floor reference marks. Set steer-ahead reference in one step and confirm before measuring toe or camber.

Fits 8 to 15 Inch Wheels
Spring-loaded arms with 100% silicone pins hold rims from 8 to 15 inches without marking the wheel. The vial sits at the center of the bar, in view from the driver's seat.
Six details, each up close.
Hover or tap each point on the level.
Spring-Loaded Mechanism
Spring tension keeps the locator pins in constant contact with the steering wheel as the level is positioned. Maintains even pressure across contact points without manual adjustment during install.
See it on the wheel.

ASSTL1 Steering Wheel Level
The ASSTL1 ships with the level and its mounting hardware. It reads steering center from the integrated bubble vial, and its flat magnetic top accepts V-groove gauges and digital angle finders. A digital angle gauge is not included. For a digital readout, order the ASSTL1xMDL, which pairs this level with the ASMDL360 digital angle level.

Analog Centerline, Digital Confirmation
The ASSTL1xMDL ships with the ASSTL1 steering wheel level and the ASMDL360 digital angle level. Center the wheel with the integrated bubble vial, then seat the ASMDL360 on the magnetic top to read steer-ahead angle in degrees, check roll steer, and confirm steering lock.

Four Measurements, One Digital Level
Seat the included ASMDL360 on the magnetic top for a readout in degrees. Measure steer-ahead angle, roll steer deviation as the car rolls forward, steering lock to each side, and the change after each adjustment. All four without removing the level.
Six details, each up close.

ASSTL1 Steering Wheel Level and ASMDL360 Digital Angle Level
The ASSTL1xMDL ships with two pieces. The ASSTL1 clamps to rims from 8 to 15 inches with spring-loaded silicone pins and reads steering center from its integrated bubble vial. The ASMDL360 seats on the level's magnetic top and reads in degrees, so you can measure steer-ahead angle, roll steer deviation, and steering lock without other tools. Both ship together, ready to use.

Steering Wheel Level DeviceThis product
