I learned to bleed brakes the old-fashioned way: when working alone, pump up the brakes, wedge the pedal down with a stick, jump out and bleed the bubbles, repeat as needed for each wheel. I cannot count the times I have been in the situation where I needed this tool, from checking brake/tail lights on my truck or my trailer, or even those rare cases when I forgot to loosen the lug nuts before I jacked up the car and needed the brakes depressed so I could break the lug nuts loose.This is the tool that won't see much use, but is an invaluable item to have.Operation is easy, set up is quick and it stays and holds itself in place.My best advice is to depress the brake pedal by foot, slide this in place under the steering wheel and use the trigger to adjust the mechanism along the rod to get what you need done.Quality tool, doesn't feel cheap or flimsy and I promise you for the price , the first time you use it you will be grateful and definitely feel its worth it.

Item showed up damaged due to shipping slightly bent I bent it back in place by putting it on a vise still works fine 👍

Works excellent and is very sturdy and well made, should last a lifetime. It is very heavy duty and well made. Wish I had one of these years ago lol...

I worried when i purchased this item if it was going to be a reliable tool or not. First thing the packaging was amazing and the item wasn't i multiple pieces. Its was ready to go right of the box. the quality was very impressive for the price. definitely a great purchase for professionals or the DIY folks.
